I’m Nisse, blogger at What’s in a Treehouse. I’m a student of English Literature, with a focus on literature. I live in a student dwelling, lovingly referred to as the Treehouse, with my yarn, books and cats.
I love knitting, sewing, writing and reading. I am a feminist, drinker of copious amounts of tea , tree hugger and certified crazy cat lady. Pippi Longstocking is my ultimate hero.
On this blog I write about what I make, which mostly is knitting and sewing, though occasionally I do other crafts which may turn up here. I try to write about books at times. You can find my reviews of them in my book posts. Sometimes when I go on adventures, I’ll write about them too. Some (student) life and personal notes will sneak in, but I usually try to keep them to a minimum.
I share the Treehouse with my fellow book loving partner, four cats and a civilisation of gnome-people.
If you like good woollen jumpers, tea, folk tales, and cats, we'll definitely get along!
